Annual Clubhouse Cleaning!
Please join us on Sunday, September 22, 2024 between 8 AM to 4 PM for a thorough cleaning of the clubhouse. Even 30 minutes of your time to help us would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Are you aware that if we volunteer our time as an organization at the Clubhouse we receive an incredible rental rate - which helps us keep our pricing low for breakfasts, dinners and the oil store??
What have you noticed that we need to clean &/or repair??
If you can bring tools/supplies to help with any of the items on the list that you would like to accomplish that would be even better!!!
These are some of the items on our list:
Window washing - inside and out - including sills (1 volunteer)
Fireplace Room (1-2 volunteers)
Dusting - including bookshelves, blinds and overhead surfaces
removing cobwebs
cleaning the mantel and fireplace area
polishing the wood furniture & mantel
sweeping floor
mopping floor
Kitchen & 2 Bathrooms (3 volunteers - 1 for each)
sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms
stocking the bathrooms
sweeping floors
mopping floors
Dining Room / Big Meeting Room (2-5 volunteers)
wiping down the plastic tables and chairs
stacking the plastic tables and chairs
sweeping floors
mopping floors
putting tables and chairs back once the floors have dried
Garage (2 volunteers)
making sure the tables and chairs in the garage are stacked properly
picking up in the garage
Outside (5 volunteers)
cleaning the floor mats with soap and water outside
cleaning all of the garbage & recycle cans with soap and water outside
scrubbing/bleaching away any mold or mildew - inside and out
picking up garbage - including lemons
spraying for insects
